I, the Artist, warrant that the work will be my original work performed to the best of my ability. And I, the Artist, have the right to refuse projects and requests according to my discernment
and capabilities. I won't be comfortable with representing:
-Gore
-NSFW
-Copying other's styles
-Fully furry

Timeline & Process

The time it takes to complete the commission will vary depending on the date it is requested and how complex it is. If you are interested in knowing the duration of a commission on a certain date you can contact me.
For full body vtubers, the minimum duration is 3-4 weeks and can be more depending on the complexity of the model design.Deadlines and timelines will be adhered to in good faith but may not be possible sometimes. Note that each project
may vary. Please plan your launches and streams accordingly.I send updates of the commission process each time significant progress is made, how these updates are made and when they are sent will depend on the type of commission.
Minor changes can be made after further progress on the commission, if very large changes are made with the commission well advanced, there may be an extra cost and extra needed time.

Delivery of finished Work will be through Google drive.

Communication

Communication will take place throughout the entire project timeline with updates and
bouncing ideas. I will typically ask for feedback when I have something to show.Please wait for my message, I will let you know an approximate delivery time of the update (for example one week). Before then, I will not be able to deliver any update, if I finish it before, I will show it to you, in case of delay of the above mentioned, I will let you know in advance.

Rights, Usage & Credits

I retain original copyright and ownership of the work, which includes but may not be
limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the Work in my websites,
social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused
process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.

Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal use of the Work produced as agreed
upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties, that is not for sale or
distribution to any other party.Clients may not claim Work as their own or anyone else’s. I would appreciate tagging me as the Artist using my social username @raldd24

Payments, Cancellation, Refunds

Payments

Using Ko-Fi:
Before starting the project, the Client provides a 50% downpayment with the remaining 50% due at first complete watermarked preview before final revisions or delivery)
Invoices will be sent when Work is ready to begin (after we have discussed and affirmed that we can start the order)
Please do not send the payment without my request.Prices may change depending on complexity of the commission.
By engaging on any project, once the work has started, or transactions have been made, the product and deliverables are DIGITAL and there is no physically shipped good to receive.Chargebacks are not permitted and the refund policy as mentioned will be followed:

Cancellations

If Client requests cancellation, If the sketches are completely finished, but the final illustration has not been started, 95%-90% of the price will be returned.
Depending on how much progress has been made on the final illustration, 10%-50% of the price will be refunded.If the illustration is finished, no order cancellations can be made.

Refund

If for any unforeseen reason I cannot complete the work or the work is significantly
delayed by 1 month past deadline, I will take initiative to inform you and
provide a partial refund if work done up to this point is accepted or full refund.
